CAD Consultant - Civil Land Development

We are seeking a skilled CAD consultant to join our team and utilize their expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D/MicroStation to draft and design technical drawings for various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land development terminology, including grading, slope, and municipal codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design
  • Collaborate with CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Design and draft technical drawings for land development, single-family homes, warehouse building, and sub-lot development projects

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D/MicroStation
  • Understanding of land development terminology and concepts
  • Experience in civil land development, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
