  • Document and communicate significant milestones in each child's development to parents.
  • Implement a curriculum that is engaging and developmentally appropriate.
  • Observe and respect children's interests, enhancing their play through language and activities.
  • Encourage and model appropriate social behaviors.
  • Contribute to planning a balanced daily schedule that includes a variety of activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Compliance with state preschool teacher requirements.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work within business hours.
  • Previous experience in a teaching assistant role or licensed daycare is preferred.
