Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
  • CPR Certification required
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting preferred
