Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled nurse practitioner to join our team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing and be able to assess patients' medical status, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans aligned with collaborating/supervising physicians' preferences.

Responsibilities include obtaining pertinent medical history, performing physical examinations, reviewing laboratory or radiologic studies, formulating accurate diagnoses, and developing treatment plans aligned with collaborating/supervising physicians' preferences.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for providing patient education and counseling on disease prevention and health promotion.

Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Nursing (for APNs) or Bachelors Degree required (for PAs).
  • Graduation from an accredited graduate nursing program or program accredited by ARC-PA.
  • Advanced Practice Nurse Registration (Colorado) or Physician Assistant License (Colorado).
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support within 3 months of hire.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $57.36 - $83.35 per hour, based on the UFCW Local 7 wage scale.
