Automotive Claims Examiner

About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanical Inspector to join our team at Alacrity Solutions. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose which assignments to accept.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, as well as ASE or equivalent manufacturer certifications. You must also have a valid driver's license and basic tools required for inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to verify mechanical failures
• Travel to repair facilities within your designated area to inspect vehicles
• Identify and document any issues or concerns during inspections
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, as well as ASE or equivalent manufacturer certifications. You must also have a valid driver's license and basic tools required for inspections.

A smartphone with text messaging capabilities and a computer with internet access are necessary for this role. Experience with web-based applications is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
