About the Role

As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning in our infant students. You will work closely with parents to understand each child's unique needs and develop personalized learning plans to support their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our infant students
  • Establish a safe and welcoming learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and communicate effectively to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporate new ideas into your teaching
