Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Antora's commercial and finance teams to drive project development and secure investment decisions.
  • Represent Antora to customers and EPC contractors, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
  • Ensure project execution meets Antora's standards for safety, environmental stewardship, and quality.
  • Develop creative solutions to reduce costs and shorten project schedules.
  • Manage project planning, engineering, and construction, including development of Issued for Construction packages and tracking costs and execution.
  • Partner with Antora's EH&S team to maintain the highest standard of safety throughout project execution.
  • Drive contracts and execution with external partners to ensure project success.
  • Innovate product and project design, construction, and commissioning processes to reduce costs and project duration.
Requirements
  • BS in an engineering discipline.
  • Prior experience as accountable person for project execution on multiple industrial projects valued at >$50M.
  • Prior relevant experience directly managing a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Administration.
  • Professional Engineer certification.
  • Significant experience with renewable and first-of-a-kind (FOAK) or near-FOAK projects.
  • Prior experience managing multiple project managers on simultaneous projects valued at >$50M each.
