Job Title: Casino Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Casino Sales Specialist to join our team at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our gaming entertainment services to guests, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to choose our casino for their entertainment needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and needs to provide personalized service.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions, events, and offers to effectively communicate them to guests and drive sales.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, slot, and food and beverage, to address guest-related issues and provide seamless service.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track guest interactions and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a gaming or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
