Job Description

The Patient Care Mobility Specialist will play a critical role in delivering, servicing, and picking up medical equipment from healthcare facilities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver, service, and pick up medical equipment from facilities
  • Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly manner
  • Clean and disinfect rental equipment according to company policies and procedures
  • Accurately complete daily reporting requirements
  • Initiate and maintain positive interactions with all customers
  • Responsible for completing orders within designated time frames
  • Meet all competency expectations to operate a 26-foot box truck

Requirements:

  • A valid Driver's License
  • Ability to travel overnight at times for product transfers within markets
  • Able to pass a criminal background check & preliminary/random drug screening
  • Availability to operate in a 24/7 environment on a specific shift
  • Previous experience in a service industry is a plus
  • Proven leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communications and customer service skills

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
