Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Installer to contribute to our mission in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct basic mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Perform leak testing as required.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
  • Interpret work instructions to ensure precision in execution.
  • Engage with management and colleagues to foster effective communication on the production floor.
  • Execute standard testing and minor troubleshooting activities.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a non-manufacturing setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cable and harness assembly is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately.

  • General knowledge of hand tools, portable power tools, and bench tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software applications.
  • Capability to read engineering drawings and schematics is desirable.
Work Environment:
This position may involve working in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Visual acuity for task performance.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using a ladder as needed.
