Job Summary:

Nuvance Health Med Practice CT is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in Danbury, Connecticut. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to our patients in a team-based environment. This is a full-time, office-based position providing outpatient services only, utilizing a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record that is fully integrated across all our hospitals and practice sites.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care in a team-based environment
* Work with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our patients
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

* MD or DO with CT State License
* Successful completion of Internal or Family Medicine Residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
