Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team at AmeriVet Services LLC. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their owners.

• Triage patients and provide basic medical care
• Assist with medical procedures, including radiology and injections
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the veterinarian
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with pet owners
• Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care

• 2+ years of experience in a veterinary setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic medical math skills and knowledge of CPR
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $20.00
