Pilot Company, a leading network of travel centers, is seeking highly-skilled and experienced Restaurant General Managers to lead our high-volume quick service restaurants. This opportunity requires relocation and promises competitive pay rates starting between $43,888.00 - $59,050.00 per year.

As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant, ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service, creating a positive work environment for team members, implementing Human Resource decisions, performing P&L analysis, and controlling inventory.

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional team leadership and customer service skills, exemplifying integrity and accountability at the managerial level. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays
