Concierge Ambassador

At Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch, we are seeking a Concierge to join our team. This is a part-time position, working from 6am-2pm.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for our community, greeting visitors, addressing questions and concerns, and providing support to our sales and marketing teams.

You will also be responsible for managing the lobby experience, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. This includes ensuring the desk and lobby area are clean and tidy, and assisting with resident requests such as mailing letters and packages.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. If you are a friendly and approachable person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months' experience in a receptionist role or similar function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
