Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Manager to join our team at Belmont Brokerage & Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial and/or residential properties, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy rates, maximizing profitability, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure properties are in good condition
  • Regularly inspect exterior properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Review and approve invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Experience with property management software, such as AppFolio, preferred
