Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Keokuk Homestore. This role will provide administrative support to our designers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with correspondence, scanning, copying, and filing documents.
  • Order materials and supplies as needed, verifying pricing and inventory levels.
  • Receive and track orders, updating spreadsheets and notifying customers of delivery status.
  • Follow up on problem orders, returns, and warranty claims.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn industry-specific software quickly.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
