Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Staff Data Analyst to join our team at Heluna Health. This role will provide analytical support to our clinical teams, helping us to house and improve the health of our clients experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Facilitate discussions with HFH teams and external partners to investigate data sources and build queries for data exportation; Collaborate with HFH clinical providers to identify, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Support statistical analyses of health data for HFH clinical teams.
  • Strategic Reporting: Develop tailored reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, presenting key insights and metrics; Generate ad-hoc reports providing snapshot views of program status and supports Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) projects.
  • Tool Development and Maintenance: Facilitate the design, build, and maintenance of analytical support tools to be used by HFH clinical staff members and external stakeholders; Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain data quality and consistency.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of highly complex administrative experience in the health, housing, social services, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Sas Viya).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and handle complex data queries.

$45,500 - $67,325 per year.
