- Travel to customer sites to perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineers to provide insights for equipment enhancement and optimize performance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
The salary for this role is $41.30 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel to customer sites for equipment maintenance and repairs as scheduled.
- Document service issues and provide reports for warranty claims prevention.
- Schedule field jobs effectively in coordination with customers and Service Manager.
- Train customers on repair and installation procedures.
- Promote a safe work environment and adhere to company policies.
- Travel up to two weeks at a time, guaranteed 40-hour work weeks.

- Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
