Buckle My Shoe Preschool is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our infant program. As a Nurturing Leader for Young Minds, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that fosters growth and development.

Salary:

$72,000 - $82,000 per year

Job Description:
  • Develop individual portfolios for each child, documenting higher-level thinking, dialogue, and analysis in real-time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on planning and documentation.
  • Embody the Reggio Emilia philosophy and contribute to the school's ongoing learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education (or currently pursuing the degree).
  • At least two years of classroom experience with infants (3 months to 1 year).
  • New York State Certification is preferred.
