Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Food Preparation

Cook food orders at stations by following established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu items.

Kitchen Maintenance

Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management

Establish a system of food stations and stock them with all of the necessary ingredients for the shift.

Quality Control

Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served.

Customer Service

Ensure that all interactions with visitors, vendors, and colleagues are conducted in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements

  1. Culinary Experience

Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification such as a GED.

Industry Knowledge

Candidates must have some experience working in the food service industry.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.

Availability

Weekend and Night availability required.
