- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise updates on the restoration process and ensuring their needs are met.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure our fleet is in good working condition.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Complete daily logs and work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our company's safety protocols and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in restoration services a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic math skills and ability to apply learned techniques to determine equipment needs and quantities.
- Proficiency in computer software and technology used for reporting and recording daily activity.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
