We are seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to oversee our lamination process and lead a team of 35-40 members. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of improving productivity and quality.

Estimated Salary:$75k-$90k

This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact on our operations. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will also be responsible for leading daily meetings, conducting employee conversations, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the lamination process and ensure compliance with Regal's Quality Standards
  • Lead a team of 35-40 members and provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Communicate daily schedules and priorities to the production team
  • Track team member time and attendance according to Regal's Attendance & PTO Policy
  • Troubleshoot issues on the production line related to the boat manufacturing process
  • Work with other departments to ensure parts are completed according to schedule
  • Produce manufacturing defect lists, write Corrective Action Requests, answer technical questions, and order materials as needed
  • Implement management responsibilities in accordance with Regal's policies and applicable state and federal laws
Required Qualifications:
  • Able to confirm time cards and effectively utilize Regal's timekeeping system
  • Ability to manage labor hours to meet production rates effectively
  • Able to conduct employee conversations to communicate expectations, performance, and disciplinary actions
  • Able to lead daily meetings with large teams to detail recent progress, current state, and future strategy
  • Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all quality standards
  • Able to work well with diverse teams
  • Coordination of production responsibilities to maximize productivity and deliver products on time
  • Dependable demeanor, able to be counted on daily
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs & Sheets, and Outlook/Gmail
  • Adherence to Regal's Mission, Value, and Purpose
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented individual with experience in a previous leadership position
  • Experience in interacting and communicating with department areas outside of your responsibility
  • Demonstrate a record of dependability and reliability with prior work experience
  • Recognize employees' strengths and weaknesses to place them in a position to succeed
  • Able to learn and understand Regal's Manufacturing processes
  • Two or Four-year college degree preferred
