Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division in Pierre, South Dakota. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with branch team members to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to bank policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or military experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and financial transactions
