Overview

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Specialist to join our team in Michigan. As a key member of our cardiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiac electrophysiology services.

Job Summary

We are offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Electrophysiology Specialist to join our medical staff at a 700-bed Level I trauma center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrophysiology, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing complex electrophysiology procedures, including AFIB ablation, Pacemaker/ICD implants, replacements, SVT ablations, AV node ablation, Ablation aflutter, cardioversions, title table, injectable loop recorder, pocket revision;
  • Covering device clinics, interpreting EKGs, and rounding on hospital patients;
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care;
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest advances in electrophysiology.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A BC or BE degree (with fellowship in EP) from an accredited institution;
  • A valid Michigan license to practice medicine;
  • BLS certification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $350,000 - $450,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
