The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the Continuing and Professional Education sector. Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Business Operations, this position is responsible for the oversight and evaluation of student enrollment trends and marketing effectiveness while managing the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. **System Analysis and Design**: Evaluate and implement administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
2. **Advisory Role**: Provide insights on financial policies, budget management, and personnel operations to align with program objectives.
3. **Project Coordination**: Lead projects that involve collaboration with external stakeholders.
4. **Financial Management**: Oversee financial planning, analysis, and fund management activities.
5. **Compliance and Research**: Conduct thorough research and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative functions.
