Job Overview

**Responsibilities:**
  • Introduction, demonstration, and training customers on 3MTM 360 EncompassTM and associated Revenue Cycle products.
  • Delivery of live classroom- and web-based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training.
  • Participation in project implementations with pre and post go-live participation with key project stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years of relevant experience training healthcare professionals; High School Diploma/GED AND eight (8) years of relevant experience training healthcare professionals. Experience Inpatient/outpatient coding, ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT or Five (5) years recent experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist.
