We are seeking a highly skilled Registration Specialist to join our team. As a Registration Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth registration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient admissions, surgery scheduling, and medical record maintenance
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care
