Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Gateway Group Personnel. As a key member of our Quality Assurance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct testing and evaluation of products to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze warranty data and field claims to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, forms, and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and leadership to resolve quality-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Process, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance and reliability engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
