Nurse Practitioner

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by following established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices.
• Assist with the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in geriatric care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
