Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to internal users of Children's National applications, ensuring maximum efficiency in their use.
- Respond to requests for support from users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Test and coordinate testing of new releases of applications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to users.
- Log defects against applications and follow up with other IR colleagues, Development, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor future applications releases, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in healthcare technology.
- Train users on features of applications, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
- Maintain applications responsibilities based on the work group of the user, ensuring accurate and efficient support.
- Act as a reporting resource, providing critical information to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide frontline support for applications, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the resolution of application issues, escalating complex problems to senior analysts for further support.
- Collaborate with the IT team to perform system testing and quality assurance checks, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Assist in the implementation of updates and new features in applications, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to users.
- Participate in train-the-trainer sessions with informatics to ensure efficient usage of applications and may help train end users.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions, providing valuable insights and lessons learned.
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience beyond the minimum required work experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a 1-1 ratio.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable team player, with a proven track record of executing projects and achieving ambitious goals.
