* Assist in the training and development of store personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

* Manage the shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and suggesting merchandise purchases to all customers.

* Account for all shift and daily transactions accurately, ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
