Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our food products by controlling all environmental and in-depth equipment cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disassemble and set up all production equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and set-up.
  • Clean all equipment using COP and CIP systems, verifying their proper functioning.
  • Monitor and test chemical concentration of all CIP systems, maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate Rich's SCADA system, completing necessary paperwork and maintaining a safe and orderly work area.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of sanitation equipment and train new associates on required skill sets.
  • Participate in the plant Master Cleaning Schedule and contribute to Production Improvement, Associate Involvement, and Temporary Teams as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Preferred six-month work experience in sanitation or sanitation teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to train other associates in sanitation/environmental operations.
  • Proficiency in Rich's SCADA system and awareness of Associate Safety guidelines and GMP/Food Safety guidelines.
Compensation

In accordance with state law, the hourly rate for this role is $20.10, plus shift differential as applicable.
