Key Responsibilities
  • Provide screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy to preschool-aged children (2-5 years).
  • Collaborate with community-based preschool education providers, including clinical observations and providing guidance based on children's mental health needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices (PCIT and CPP) to deliver effective care.
  • Manage your schedule, including scheduling assessments and sessions, and rescheduling any cancellations or make-up appointments.
  • Report weekly productivity and maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records.
Requirements
  • Hold a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.
  • Hold a valid license to practice in your state of employment, including maintaining all necessary continuing education requirements.
  • At least one year of experience providing mental health services to children under the age of 6.
  • Meet dress code standards and report to work on time and as scheduled.
