Position Summary
An Aircraft Fueling Specialist is tasked with the fueling and servicing of aircraft, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of fueling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fueling and de-fueling operations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions.
- Perform de-icing functions as necessary.
- Keep fueling equipment in clean and operational condition.
- Ensure proper loading and balancing of fuel.
- Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts for aircraft fueling.

Work Environment
This role may require working in various weather conditions, including precipitation, extreme temperatures, and exposure to jet engine fumes, dust, and noise. Tasks will be performed both indoors and outdoors, near stationary and moving aircraft.

Physical Requirements
Regular activities include standing, walking, using hands for handling or feeling, reaching with hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The position may require lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of three to six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests, and maintain airport security badge eligibility.
- A valid state driver's license is required.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is between $21.29 and $25.00 per hour, influenced by various factors such as skills, education, shift, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, and prior experience.
