We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience at our club.

• Member Greeting and Check-in: Professionally greet members and guests, scan membership IDs, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Phone and Email Support: Answer phones and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Account Management: Update member accounts as needed, resolve discrepancies, and provide accurate information to members.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Support: Assist other departments with related tasks, ensuring a cohesive and efficient club experience.

• Reliability and Professionalism: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism in all interactions.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
• Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods, sitting, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs.
