We are a 107-bed and 55-bassinet hospital within Baystate Medical Center in Western Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a level III nursery and be certified as a BC Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing the daily care of high-risk infants in both our NICU and Continuing Care Nursery.
- Top-notch evidence-based care is our highest priority.
- We utilize advanced modes of respiratory support including bubble CPAP, NIMV, CMV, HFOV, HFJV, and inhaled nitric oxide.
- Our care team includes respiratory therapists, dietician, pharmacist, occupational therapist, social worker, and case management/discharge planner.
Ongoing education and research opportunities are available.
