Job Summary

The Clinical Partnerships Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of collaborative relationships with key community partners, including schools, public and private agencies, and allied professionals. This role will also involve representing the organization as an expert in children's mental health and a systems advocate for victims and witnesses of crimes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Outreach and Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key community partners to increase mental health awareness and promote the organization's services.
  • Systems Advocacy: Act as the organization's systems advocate for victims and their families, participating in interagency teams and collaborating with other organizations to address unmet mental health needs.
  • Program Development and Implementation: Identify and develop community presentations, workshops, and mental health awareness activities that respond to the needs of partner agencies and promote the organization's expertise.
  • Program Evaluation and Reporting: Provide program statistics and outcome data to current and potential funders, highlighting the scope and outcomes of the organization's clinical work.
  • Supervision and Clinical Services: Provide reflective and administrative supervision to staff supervisees, promote clinical expertise, and ensure proper and timely completion of all clinical documentation.
  • Clinical Services: Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices and conducting comprehensive child and family assessments.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in clinical social work or community counseling required; independent licensure in Connecticut or another state and ability to become independently licensed in Connecticut.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to develop relationships with key community constituents, strong public-speaking skills, and computer skills required; familiarity with electronic health record systems a plus.
  • Cultural Competence: Cross-cultural competence and sensitivity required to succeed in an organization committed to working with a diverse patient population.
Work Environment

The Clinical Partnerships Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The role will involve regular regional travel and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
