Ideal Candidate:
We seek a seasoned Masonry Project Supervisor with over ten years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will possess OSHA 30 certification, be proficient in computer software applications, and hold forklift certification. This individual will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, managing multiple crews across various projects while ensuring exceptional quality and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Effectively supervise and coordinate multiple masonry crews across different job sites, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Coordination & Communication: Serve as the key link between project managers, administrative staff, business owners, and the work crews, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
- Safety & Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture by implementing and enforcing OSHA 30 standards, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Project Oversight: Oversee project progress from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and devise innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and project execution.
- Documentation & Reporting: Utilize software tools for accurate documentation, timely reporting of project status, and maintenance of records.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in masonry construction.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- Proficiency in relevant software for project management and reporting.
- Forklift certification is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multiple crews on diverse projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
