  • Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance and safety.

  • Work 35+ hours per week during regular business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training and development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Must have a leadership mindset and be able to motivate and guide a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Must be able to function well in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
