About the Job

We are seeking an Assembling Specialist to join our team at Randstad in Geneva, IL.

Job Overview

This assembler position involves assembling products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with packaging items into boxes, assembling, dumping ingredients, repackaging, weight checks, cleaning, and checking packaging.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble candy products such as cake mixes, fruit roll-ups, and candy gushers
  • Perform various duties including packaging, assembling, dumping ingredients, repackaging, weight checks, cleaning, and checking packaging
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Keep equipment operational with preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshoot malfunctions; and call for repairs

Requirements

  • Up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced with frequent bending, lifting, standing, and walking required.
