As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining and deepening existing client relationships, establishing new banking relationships, and referring clients to product partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development
    • Consult with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions.
    • Cross-sell products and services to meet client needs.
    • Maintain contact with clients through proactive touch points.
  • Sales and Service Targets
    • Market a full range of consumer and small business banking services to existing and prospective clients.
    • Maintain well-developed knowledge of all products and services to understand and fulfill client needs.
    • Proactively seek coaching to develop service and sales skills.
  • Operations Oversight
    • Proactively resolve customer maintenance and/or client service problems.
    • Maintain and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of banking channels and educate clients on emerging technology and digital solutions.
    • Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience
  • Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered
