Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of precise and timely financial reports.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including general journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and reconciliations.
  • Support the Controller with special initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the coordination of the annual budgeting process as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and reporting as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the accounting field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an Employee Assistance Program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Paid leave may encompass Sick Leave as mandated by law, along with any other required paid leave and holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually
