We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Concentra in Erie, PA. As a vital member of our patient care team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Examine patients, compile medical data, and interpret diagnostic test results
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory tests
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care
- Provide excellent customer service, instruct and counsel patients, and manage time, prioritize, and multitask in a busy environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related health field from an accredited college or university
- Active and clear license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited PA or CRNP program of an accredited university
- Board Certification and FMCSA NRCME certification preferred
