Join Our Team:

We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our team at Team Gillman. As a key member of our sales and inventory team, you will be responsible for determining customer needs, creating and modifying purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine customer needs and accurately specify parts accordingly
  • Create and modify purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors and maintain accurate records of inventory levels
  • Record warranty parts returned and process special ordered parts on our dealership computer system
  • Review and analyze special order parts tracking to optimize inventory management
  • Process and close open invoices to ensure prompt payment from customers
  • Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received
  • Keep accurate records of outside purchases and parts received and issued
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training REQUIRED
  • Subaru Parts knowledge/experience PREFERRED
Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and industry standards.
