LPN Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Supervisor to join our team at CareOne. As a LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to assigned residents, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for residents assigned to your care.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
• 1 year of related nursing experience.
