Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. You will work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. Your duties will include providing respiratory care services to individual patients and their families, responding to medical emergencies, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment
  • Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment
