Lead Psychiatric Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. As a key member of our outpatient services, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health care to individuals of all ages.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapeutic interventions to patients with a range of mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions to address patients' symptoms and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient-centered outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to patients' unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to company policies and procedures.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or one year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner plus three years as a Nurse Practitioner in any specialty.
- Current board certification to practice.
- An active license in the State of Florida.
- Prior experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.

- The potential to earn up to $180,000+ annually, with a 40-hour workweek.

Our offices are open Monday-Thursday, offering a flexible schedule that suits your needs.
