Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our team at Bashas'. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for safely operating a stand-up reach truck to put away incoming product and pick items from storage locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a stand-up reach truck to efficiently move product throughout the warehouse
  • Put away incoming product into overhead storage and pick slots
  • Line up pallets with pallet locations, utilizing hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Remove box tops from cases and feed cases into flow racks and pick slots as needed
  • Meet production rates and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Perform all other assigned general warehouse duties as needed or assigned by management
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment aptitude test, background check, and drug test
  • A minimum of one year experience operating a stand-up reach truck in a high-volume production-based environment
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and rotating days off schedule
Working Conditions

The warehouse environment can be physically demanding, with varying temperature ranges from dry (40 to 105 degrees), refrigerated (35 to 55 degrees), and freezer (32 to -20 degrees). You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail.
