Job SummaryOur team of experienced CRNAs and MDAs performs over 35,000 surgical procedures annually, covering a full range of cases, including OB, trauma, neuro, pediatrics, and cardiology. This opportunity combines a supportive environment with excellent benefits and flexible scheduling.
About the FacilityThe Department of Anesthesia is housed in the HealthPlex for Advanced and Surgical Patient Care, a 476,000 square foot, state-of-the-art surgical inpatient tower. The facility features 24 surgical suites, including 6 hybrid-capable operating rooms, 8 minor procedure rooms, and 16 emergency treatment rooms.
What We OfferTower Health offers a competitive compensation package, including a signing bonus of $20,000 and comprehensive benefits. We also provide generous earned time-off, CME time and money, and a 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plan with employer automatic contribution and match.
QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have a BSN/MSN or equivalent degree, a minimum of one year experience in critical care nursing, completion of an accredited school of nurse anesthesia, and current certification by the AANA. You must also be certified in ACLS, BLS, and PALS, and hold a PA Registered Nurse License.
