Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Category Management Lead to join our team at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and assessing category, competitive, and portfolio performance across all Monster Brewing breweries.
  • Develop and maintain monthly performance reports for the Monster Brewing collective portfolio, as well as analysis and insights on industry trends.
  • Work in partnership with Marketing and the VP of National Accounts to develop retailer-specific strategies.
  • Assist in building fact-based, solution-oriented presentations for National Account sales calls.
  • Participate in key National Account calls with assigned National Account managers to present category management strategies.
  • Provide post-promotion analysis and recommendations for specific retail programs, ads, displays, and pricing.
  • Understand company revenue and profit targets per customer and assist National Accounts team in building annual plans to meet and exceed these targets.
  • Support the company's executive leadership with needed information regarding the state of the business to facilitate decision-making.
  • Communicate the status of the business to the VP of National Accounts on a weekly basis.

Compensation & Benefits:

Expected salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (depending on experience), plus benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
